About us
Experienced leadership, backed by the right expertise for every challenge.
Victor Canete is the owner and CEO of My Business A2Z. He leads a team of experienced specialists with complementary expertise in bookkeeping, financial reporting, compliance, accounting systems, credit and collections, forecasting, and business planning. Together, they provide coordinated support—from day-to-day financial operations to complex business improvement projects.
Victor brings over 25 years of experience in financial management, corporate leadership, and operational strategy across international markets. As lead advisor, he brings the right expertise together for each engagement and keeps the work focused on practical outcomes for the client.
Victor served as CEO of Aya Care, President of 3T Bike America in Canada, and Chief Financial Officer of 3T Cycling S.r.l. in Italy. He successfully re-launched North American operations, achieving nearly CAD $7 million in sales within three years while overseeing global financial strategy. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Cervélo Cycles in Canada and Cervélo SA in Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
Victor began his career in external auditing with Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. He holds a CPA designation in Venezuela and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting.
